More illegalities by many businesses and illegal aliens "forgiven" by the Senate version of the Immigraion Reform bill

Perjury and filing false statements related to fraudulently filing Federal tax forms can result in up to 5 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. This is done many times over by businesses who hire illegal aliens and illegal aliens themselves. There are also crimes associated with falsely obtaining a Social Security card necessary to work. Doing this also results in the same prison time and fine. A wide array of crimes related to forging false documents required to obtain work make a mockery of the efforts of those who legally apply for these rights. Remember, the Senate version of the Immigration Reform bill will “waive the rules” for these crimes done in the past. Remarkably, the laws will stay on the books to be used against any “new” law breaker! The waiver will apply to many of those 12 to 14 million who have already broken the laws of our land. Hypocrisy at its best!
