A CHANGE WE WANT THAN WHAT WE GOT!

Like you, I receive a great many emails -- many times just spam. Those I receive from the wonderful members of MY VIEW are always on target regarding the damage Obama has already done to our wonderful country, and appears ready to do in the future. His agenda spells doom for the United States of America. Already there are rats coming from out of the shadows of their spots in Congress to join up with or to do what they know will please Obama's cause. I can only think of them as traitors.

The attempts to stop him were not strong enough. They were not strong enough to stop the maelstrom in which we find ourselves. This man appears to have some sort of aura about him that leans in the direction of evil. It is subtle and hidden. I doubt that even he knows that he has it. It was quite evident in the days and months before his nomination; it was present during the campaign; and it is present now that he has taken the seat in the Oval Office. Nothing seems to have an effect on him and what he is doing. He controlled the media it appeared, though they would deny it.

A good many patriots are doing what they can to draw attention to his danger; however, there appears to be barriers of sorts that either deny the attempts a chance to begin, or weakens the attempts so much that they are all the same as having not begun. I don't know how many WebPages have been created opposing him, telling of the danger he poses; however, they appear not to be able to join into one huge group under one leader or a committee of leaders.

So many of us who are of World War Two vintage, Korean Conflict agony, the painful Vietnam Era are put in the position of not having the energy to go directly to Congress, meet with our representative and try to get some response from them. We are with desire, but without energy. I'm 87 years old, have the infirmities of old age (congestive heart disease, spinal stenosis and probably some conditions not found on examination. I'm tired!) My love for my country burns strong, though, and I will do all I can to bring her back to where she belongs -- the greatest, most respected country in the world. We are the model, or at least we were for other countries to follow. Just think of the many times we have been called on to help another country. And, after losing precious American lives in combat, or bringing home the wounded and injured to spend the rest of their lives incomplete in ability and strength, we are readily called upon again. Is this why we are hated? Is it because we can and do and they can't that makes them this way?

I know of these brave, heroic soldiers. I worked with them, cried with them, rejoiced with them at their first accomplishment after months of painful effort to gain back even an iota of what they had. I knew their families, their wives, husbands, children, brothers and sisters. My team went to bat for them to assure they got all they deserved (if such a repayment can be made.) I am one of them.

So when I see what a certain man and his traitorous cronies are doing to them who served and their families, those who now are the non-combatant citizens, but are the backbone of this country, I get very angry. I want to do things to those who are the problem, bad things; however, that is not my way, and I know it is not the way of all those patriots who think as I. We want an end to the acts against those who won the freedom and liberty for all of us. We don't want a change of the kind this man wants and so often called for. We want the laws of the land enforced (that would be a change.) We want the Constitution protected and not picked apart by harpies who are so weak in character and who have such hateful thoughts in their minds that they are blind to the harm they are doing to the one country who has given so much to so many. What, pray tell, is so wrong with this country that can't be changed by simply asking those who are charged to represent us, do so? And enforce the laws that are already written and are Constitutional? And ask the States to take back their sovereignty? And lessen the size of government?

If we (the United States) are so bad, and are so terrible to be as a part of the world, why is it that so many have illegally come to this country? They broke the laws to come here -- suffering their own agony just to have a chance to say they are in the United States -- even if it means hiding in the dark of secrecy, lying, cheating -- breaking their promise to their God not to do anything immoral. There are close to 15 million illegal aliens who have broken their vows to their God, not to lie, cheat or steal. They can't confess enough to cleanse their souls. Why do so many come seeking sanctity?

I am angry with Congress. I am angry with the United States Supreme Court. I am angry with the ineligible person who sits in the Oval Office as if he belonged there. There is an inadequacy that occupies their actions. They don't appear to be interested in the mother country -- only interested in self.
Non Sibi, Sed Deo, Patriae et Familia: "Not for Self, but for God, Country, Family!" doesn't describe them.

I wonder whether there is justice of the size needed to cover the sins of our representatives? Are they aware of why they are there? Or does a murky fog enfold them from a distance? where the 545 members sit together in large and small groups to pass laws for the "common citizen" to follow, since it is a consensus of the 545? I wonder. Why are they there? Does the one who occupies the honored place have a better way of governing? Has he really learned from the past unsuccessful attempts to do as he plans to do? Does he know of a formula that will void the failures? I doubt it. He is just as ignorant as those who follow him thinking he is the answer to "the wrong way" to govern a country as wonderful as ours is. Does anyone know the answers to the questions I raise and for which I seek answers? What say you who are wiser than I?

SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT

I wrote a novel some time ago. It was as popular as a politician whose aftershave lotion smells so bad it's evident its used to cover up what he promises. The idea was pretty good, though. The book fell into the category of "intrigue" -- a sort of adventure type of novel. The main theme was about getting rid of dictators and those who did more harm in the world than they ever did good -- stuff even a mother wouldn't defend -- real snakes. My thinking was that if you get rid of the head of the snake, the snake would soon die. And when they died, others would take a lesson from what happens to "snakes". They'd go the same way. Then, of course, I had to find some snakes whose head needed "cutting off". That was the easy part.

I didn't intend the assassinations it to be by shooting or by a bomb, but by a method that was clean, sure and impossible to stop once the process began. The method I planned to use was to have "my chemists" come up with a designer poison -- one that had an antidote to protect the assassins, but which would take too long to discover and then concoct to save the one being assassinated -- five days! I did a lot of research on poisons and antidotes; and especially the means by which to deliver the poison to the victim. The poison was to be delivered simply by crushing miniscule globules containing a small amount of the poison on the victim's skin -- any place on the body. And since the carrier was also a special chemical, the poison was absorbed into the skin nearly instantly. There are all sorts of medications administered by topical means. Just rub the stuff on and it goes to the heart of the problem -- usually! Check out the ads on these.

Why am I telling you this? Well, wouldn't it be a great idea to get rid of the "snakes" we know by cutting off their heads? And, aren't there a lot of "snakes" whose head needs cutting off? Or aren't there a lot of "bad ones" who need to be eliminated? and wouldn't such a simple thing as rubbing a poison on their skin be a cool way of getting rid of the "snake heads?" In the instance of a dictatorship, getting rid of the dictator is a good idea. In an oligarchy, getting rid of the key players is a good idea! Often, the only reason a type of government exists is because of the person(s) at the top. Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, a few mullahs, some imams and an ayatollah or two are examples. That guy in Iran whose mind is some place other than where it should be would be a fine specimen on whom to try the technique. All that's needed is a person to put minuscule globules containing the poison on an assassin's hands, (he will already have taken the antidote to protect himself), then he simply shakes hands with the target devil. The poison would transfer from the assassin's hand to the target's hand and then be absorbed into his skin.

Five days later, the Iranians would be celebrating a funeral! And another would have to take the dead one's place. And if that one tried anything funny, let him shake hands with another assassin -- or have him delivered a dose of it some other way. I hope some one reads my book. I got rid of five real bastards pretty neatly. Assassins were easy to find -- money talks with loud words! In my novel, I arranged it so that all those I wanted out of the picture received their poison at the same mean time! Of course, all hell broke loose in the world -- at least in the novel, it did.

I've often thought that there ought be a committee chosen by a number of countries who would be judges of the leaders of each country; and if he or she were doing a bad job, one that was causing a lot of trouble for the people of his or her country, or another, a vote would be taken whether he or she should remain leader -- sort of a performance test. Eliminate the bad ones after evaluation. And, make the "punishment" a serious one -- like prison or relegation to a large island where they can't do any more harm. And if his or her performance was an abomination, the penalty would be death.

There would have to be a standard type of government, of course -- one that assured freedom and liberty. Our Constitution would be a good model. I don't know of any country it wouldn't fit pretty well. A little modification here and there might be needed, but all in all it would be fine. We might as well give ours to some other country. We're not using it very much lately. Which brings up the present situation. We have to do something about our present leader. He needs to be evaluated by the people more closely, and if his performance doesn't get better, and if he doesn't stop trying to make our country socialist, he's got to go -- anyone know of a good island? Impeach him firsts, of course!

I have an idea or two I'm going to put in an email when I get them cleaned" up some. I'm taking suggestions from a lot of those who write to me. You'll see a fairly wide variety of suggestions -- some pretty nasty, of course. I think it wise to leave them out. We don't want any sorrowful things happen. There is no need for them. A lot can be done without harm! We'll use the Aristotle oath: "Premum non Nocere!" Then, do what is necessary and reasonable.

What, in general, do you think? What say you? I've started the snowball down the slope. How large will it grow?

P.S. Don't forget, part of this letter was prompted by a novel. I have no plans, for sure. Still, I think about those who were murdered on 9/11, on the Cole, in Bali, in Saudi Arabia, etc., etc. We are in Afghanistan doing a job on terrorists. We pretty well are finished in Iraq! What next?

SOME SUGGESTIONS!

In my reading email messages from the many who write me in response to my Yahoo Page, my BLOG and my contributions to other WebPages to which I subscribe, there is nearly always the call for doing something about the situation in which our country happens to be at present -- and I assure you that the situation is very bad. Once in a large number of email messages there is a suggestion or two that has merit.

One person suggested that there be petitions sent to Congress demanding that the illegal aliens in this country (estimated to be about 16 million at present) be required to show proof they have "permission" to be here, and if they can not, give them one month in which to leave, going back to their respective country, or be transported there, sending a cost of transportation statement to Mexico. In the same note she suggested that a census be taken of our state and federal prisons, and if any illegal aliens are among the population (and there are plenty, for sure), they are to be sent to the country from which they came to serve out the rest of their sentence. She gave a neat suggestion how to pay for past costs: Pay us in oil!

Another person said that Congress should pass a law naming English as our official language, and that no more documents be printed in any other language than English. This person also suggested that especially no more voting ballots be printed in any language other than English.

Numerous writers suggest that babies born of non-citizens in this country do not become "automatic" natural born citizens. These babies are called anchor babies and are the reason for which adult non-citizens are "favored" in staying in this country. Their argument is that it is against the law to deport an American citizen without just cause. There are more cat and mouse games played over this one issue than you can imagine.

These "citizens" are entitled to all the benefits all American citizens are entitled to, including food stamps, medical care (ERs are often inundated with illegal aliens' children during the "flu season".) There are several hospital ERs that have had to close because the reimbursement for treatment is not forthcoming from the Federal government. Here is an instance in which individual states are punished by a federal law -- pre-natal, delivery and post-natal care is the right of each anchor baby.

The cost is enormous. It is going to get worse, my friend. Obama and crew are planning to give amnesty to the millions of aliens already in the country -- which will motivate millions more to cross the border into our country. The fence? forget it. It won't be built -- not on the watch of either the conservatives or the liberals (using these terms in the vernacular, not the dictionary.)

One suggestion which I thought was a real solution, and simple to put into effect came in a three or four line email -- just enforce the laws! Make sure than the laws forbidding border crossing without permission or without a purpose are enforced -- with no restrictions as to who can arrest the criminal, police officer, sheriff, deputy officer, highway patrol officer or any officer of the court. There is just too much territorial protecting in this case.

I have collected quite a number of other suggestions, which I will share in an attachment when I get it organized and typed. The suggestions will apply to both the Islamofascist problem and the illegal alien problem. In the meantime, do think up suggestions. After all, this is our country, and it is slipping away from us as a Republic, and fast becoming a Socialist form. Is this what we want? Keep your eyes and ears open to this new Administration. It scares me. I am becoming afraid, very afraid. We haven't seen anything yet. It's on the way. The issue that seems to be holding things up at present is that Obama can't seem to find an honest man -- or lady. He's like poor Diogenes holding his lamp up high, also looking but in vain for an honest man. Just beware of what is bound to happen when or IF he does find one (Obama, that is.) Pray for America, your family, yourself; my family and me -- every American.

(un)FAIRNESS DOCTRINE!

Never in my lifetime did I ever imagine that I would be asked to sign a petition to stop legislation that will certainly endanger free speech in this wonderful country of ours; however, I have been, and it disturbs me greatly. The legislation that is in question is simply called the "Fairness Doctrine." The idea that talk show personalities are so "dangerous" to the LIBERAL dunderfarts that "forced" time must be provided to "oppose" them has stimulated the drive to renew the doctrine.

This means curbing the conservative hosts by reactivating a law that says, in essence, those radio stations (and some TV) that carry such talk show hosts as Limbaugh, Graham, Hannity, Savage and others, and who are conservatives, must provide equal time and opportunity for the opposition to present their "side" of the issues. This is, of course, tantamount to censoring one group to favor another. To my knowledge there has never been any denial to "the opposition" from having their own talking head -- or having a "liberal" radio or TV station to give their opinions or arguments. As I recall, several attempts were made to foster such "equal time" talk shows; however, due to their unpopularity, they folded. That certainly isn't the fault of the conservative hosts. They apparently are better at what they do, or the opposition (say LIBERAL) couldn't hold an audience, or draw high enough ratings to make it worth the while of the stations to keep them. After all, sponsors pay good money to advertise on radio and TV stations, and if the audience is small or not there, the stations lose money -- the opposite of what a business is supposed to do!

The reason I mention this is rather obvious. The most obvious is that those trying to get the Fairness Doctrine back into action are messing around with freedom of speech -- one of the most important Amendments to the United States Constitution. Doing anything to upset or deny freedom of speech is reason enough for me to get out my most accurate rifle and make sure I am up to par using it.

There is at least one radio talk host who is preparing legal action if his freedom of speech is curtailed. His short report says:

Talk radio icon Michael Savage is going on the offense and has agreed to work with a Michigan-based civil rights advocacy organization to protect free speech by fighting the return of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine."
"A regulation of speech motivated by nothing more than a desire to silence political opposition on controversial issues of public interest is the purest example of a law abridging the freedom of speech," said Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of Thomas More Law Center.

From MY VIEW, freedom of speech is the most important of our Bill of Rights. It crosses over into all of our unalienable rights -- given us outside of our mortal self. It is a God-given right and must never be denied us. You can bet, though, that when socialism begins to rear its ugly head, this is the first right that is put into a coffin and laid to rest.

Here are some names for which to watch in the following days -- names of people who are pushing for reinstating the Fairness Doctrine: Bill Clinton, who has recently chimed in, pushing to offer countervailing opinions of the Liberal bunch. Others are: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Representative Henry Waxman, Senators Debbie Stabenow and Tom Harkin. There are others, some vociferous; others still in the closet; however, their false exterior celebrity, their quite internal plotting is for the Fairness Doctrine -- much to their immorality of infamy done to our land.

And, would you believe it, those who could themselves be part of any litigation against the Fairness Doctrine are also pushing for its reactivation -- the written media are feverishly working to get liberal leaders in lockstep on the talking points! Yet, they are less vulnerable than radio and TV hosts. It is less costly to print what the opposition says than provide an electronic platform. This issue is a matter of economics as well, of course. Mostly, though, be prepared to long for "the good old days", when you could listen to your favorite radio or TV host who spoke your type of talk, spoke for you, gave you balanced and honest news. They will be gone if the Liberals have their way. By the way, who among all the "righteous" leaders will be the judges to determine whether there is a fair or balanced coverage? Who will evaluate the newspapers, magazines or any other written media to determine whether equal time is given to each of the "opposing philosophers"? On what scale will the judging be made? No one knows, or will ever agree if the plan is put in action. What can you do when you are dealing with stupidity?

My friend, keep your weapon in good shape; make sure you have ample ammunition; get your bunkers in order; know the enemy and make friends with a sizeable group of soldiers (even us old coots can lay hidden behind a hedgerow and pick the enemy off as they go by!) and pray to the God of our Forefathers to bring back the spirit of liberty and freedom as it was in their day. Pray for America, yourself and family, me and my family. God knows that our lights of hope are not just His forgotten stars made long ago for our pleasure. I suggest to any who reads these words that they make a solemn vow to protect their freedom of speech against all enemies, and that it is a right for which dying is a moral duty. It is basic to liberty and freedom -- two distinct rights, but interwoven, warp and woof, as is the finest cloth. Do that now. Do it individually and in groups.

THE DANGER OF MULTICULTURISM

Arizona is among the first to resolve to take back State's Rights as outlined in Amendment X of the Constitution of the United States of America. This is good, of course; however, we are unfortunate having as BO's Homeland Security Administrator, Ms. Napalitano, the one person who has been as liberal regarding illegal aliens as anyone ever has been -- with the exception of the illegal aliens themselves, I am one who believes that there will be a full amnesty provided those illegal aliens who are presently in the United States -- some 14 to 16 million of them. The signs all point to this travesty. It's on Obama's list of "things to do."

I am also sorry to say that John McCain was very active in trying to pass amnesty legislation in behalf of the aliens. He and Ted Kennedy lost to more wise heads and the people; however, the fact still remains that their minds have not changed. Ted Kennedy may drop out of the picture soon because of brain cancer. I wish him well, of course. He may have had his good points; but, they were hidden from MY VIEW. On the good side, though, we are the land of Barry Goldwater, Chief Justice Rehnquist (R) and Justice O'Connor (R.)

Others will take up Kennedy's torch and give Obama another victory of the kind that will hasten the demise of our Republic, more multiculturism. If you are to ask any person in Europe including the British Isles, you would find that they have turned against the highly questionable benefit from multiculturism. Multiculturism has the distinct characteristic of being sure to bring a country to its knees as soon as there is sufficient division among the people of a country to bring about attempts to please everyone -- be altruistic and accepting of all types of beings, try to be totally accepting of everyone, no matter what their religion, language, politics, life style, gender, sexual persuasion, ethnic background, etc. It simply doesn't work. Want to hear a joke? The U.S. doesn't have an official language! Even South Africa has one -- English!

The United States is in a fairly deep state of multiculturism. Trying to assimilate the illegal aliens has been a disaster. They simply don't want to assimilate. They want all they can get from the generosity of the United States, yet maintain their culture in practically every way. Illegal aliens of the type with whom we have been inundated simply don't try to fit in. They want the best of two worlds, our benefits for them, their cultural ways for them. The indigenous citizens are losing out in more ways then even they suspect.

In these times, that there are so many illegal aliens in our land, it is even worse. Unemployment of indigenous citizens is at a critical point, thanks to the acephalic jerks who gave us the worst economic situation in over 200 years! Persons like Franks and Dodd; the Federal Reserve Bank (not a part of our government, but with the power to bleed our citizens dry by interest charged.) In passing, I might say that the Federal Reserve banking system is the biggest, most successful scam every foisted on a country. If it were shut down, and Congress were to accept its responsibility regarding printing our currency, backing it up with a solid substance (gold sounds great!) there would be an immediate change in the value of the dollar against the Euro (which also has no backing.)

While I'm at it, let me say that our country is in the hands of a bunch of corrupt jerks. A few names? Hillary Clinton, Valerie Jarrell, Rahm Emanuel, Gregory Craig, Eric Holder, Leon Panetta, Carol Browner,Tom Daschle, Bill Richardson, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for starters.The alpha dog, of course, is B. Hussein Obama, a person who is doubtfully eligible to be President, and who has more questions to answer regarding who he really is than a dozen legal notebooks would hold.

This man is surrounded by a bunch of blind persons who will "take one" for him, who are a slobbering bunch of admirers without brains. It's like this: if their brains were gun powder, and they exploded, the explosion wouldn't blow their hats off. And I'm being kind. I have yet to cover the dangerous position our country is in because of a possible love affair that may develop between the Mideast countries and the United States (encouraged by B. Hussein Obama! More on this later.) Keep your power dry, your muskets loaded and in good shape. Strengthen your bunkers, and befriend some good soldiers. Pray for our country and those who defend her. Pray for an epiphany, or a huge satellite that will destroy it all with one fell swoop. Bless you.

WILD RIDE THAN SMOOTH WATERS?

Well, it looks like we are in for a wild ride -- possibly to perdition. If not to there, certainly to a place in our lives time where we can put a marker on the bad years, all to tell our grand children (possibly great grand children) about the bad times they were -- and dangerous. We can tell them that the times were so dangerous and stressed that there were rumors of revolution and rebellion against the Federal government, the run-away Congress that didn't care one iota for the country, so long as "the crooks got theirs" and the usual number of crooks did pop up during the bad times as was expected -- from the top down.

This is My VIEW, though. I hope I'm not delusional. From different actions I now see happening, I feel the situation will begin to change. In not too long a time, I hope the future "story" will read like this:

The huge number of patriots who felt that their Republic had changed to an oligarchy, with a questionably eligible person to be President in charge had had enough of the corrupt Congress and the Administration who stole the election. They began to wake up and do something about the situation.

There were too many divisions among those who knew that the conservatives had to fight back, but were slow to start. However, slowly and under the welcome leadership of wise persons, persons who had been apathetic during the time the liberals were building their fortresses and usurping power, the worm began its laborious turn. The natural conservatism of the American people began to show again. With time and patience and a solid belief in the goodness of America, once more the "change" that really was a change began to take shape. It looked like we would be great again, respected again and feared again.

The Federal Reserve Bank was put into a deep sleep, and Congress took over handling the legal tender of the land. We set a standard again. The most solid of the backing was gold, and it began to give value to the currency that, before, was but paper, and no better than its composition -- part cotton and with special ink that still didn't stop it from being counterfeited. It would take time; however, time was on our side. Perhaps our great-grand children won't have our debt on their shoulders after all. The greatest action that was taken, was the States taking back their sovereign rights -- taking back their rights assured by them by Amendment X, States Rights. It simply says that any right not reserved to the Federal Government by the Constitution, and any right not denied to the States, belong to the States or to the People.

It was time for the States and the People to take back that which, besides the usurper President, the power-hungry politicians had taken from them -- all because of disinterest, but mostly because of apathy. Balances and checks were beginning to take on the semblance desired by our Forefathers -- those great patriots who gave us a Republic, but which we nearly lost to dangerous, damaging and immoral Socialism. Perhaps the shining city on the hill would be possible after all.

This is in MY VIEW. Perhaps it is after all delusional, though. I pray not. For certainly God hasn't forgotten us -- perhaps he is but mistaking our small fires of hope for the stars He made in His time long ago.

CENTRALIZING POWER FOR PERSONAL GAIN?

For over forty years I practiced in the profession of psychology -- as an administrator, as a professor, as a psycho-diagnostics consultant (neuro-psychologist), as a therapist and as a member on three hospitals staffs. During that period of time, I came to know human behavior fairly well. Besides the long training and experience that gave me some skill in assisting many deal with their psychological problems, I was blessed with a talent that helped me more than I suspected at the time. I seemed to have a hidden ability to "read into therapeutic conversations" deeper understanding of the patient's problem without spending a lot of time in sessions. I had a knack for seeing into the problem without much more than a few sessions with the patient -- a gift that helped me so many times in helping the patient.

I discussed this with several of my professors when I was in graduate school, and they likened it to a similar ability some have in designing or architectural aptitude -- being able to see the whole from the parts, a gestalt. Now, what does this have to do with what I want to say? It has this to say. I see a pattern presenting itself that involves the usurper president. He appears to be in the process of putting himself into the center of things, and working toward making sure that those he draws around him are working for him than with him. He's gutted the "power" of Hillary, by having others report directly to him, carry out his plans for him, and by-passing her in her position as Secretary of State. He has manipulated the power of the census to be guided from his direction than from where it has been for years. This will give him opportunity to politicize the census rather than objectify it.

He has had his way in closing Gitmo, assuring government payment for abortions overseas and has plans to change a variety of other actions that were present during the last administration -- as witness his "frantic" attempt to influence Congress to pass the impetus bill -- a sum that is astounding, and worse, much of the money used for pure welfare and reward than job-producing and economy enhancing. The man has an agenda! and I'm beginning to suspect that he doesn't like the Republic, and is more intrigued by the socialistic approach to government -- a road to failure, for sure. And a road that will take us to a third world status. Where's the shining city on a hill? Is there still a residual Islamic philosophy in his unconscious? My "talent" to put things together is getting suspicious. I wonder how many others feel this way?

And, I am still waiting for proof that he is eligible to be President. There has been no showing of his birth certificate! And, why would his pre-inaugural web-site display a forgery? Where is Congress' assurance that he met the requirement. Perhaps the suit that has been filed against Congress may bring the controversy and suspicion to the bright of light. Is it possible? I fear for a Constitutional crisis, my friend. If this man is a fraud, that makes all of his appointments just as much frauds. The United States will be vulnerable to the jibes of the world -- perhaps worse than jibes. We may cease as a Republic, and become another Socialistic nation with nothing but trouble ahead for all its citizens. Perhaps we may be victim of the Islamic world movement of which I've written many times. What say you regarding these issues?

Dear Friend,

I don't know whether you noticed the paucity of information regarding the suits filed with the U.S. Supreme Court referencing the eligibility of B. H. Obama to sit as President of the United States. He's been sworn in, has already done some damage and acts like he's going to stay in the White House for a while. What happened? I've tried to get some answers; however, even my reliable sources are in the dark. Has anyone heard what happened to the cases still pending, even as BO was saying his oath. Did he meet eligibility requirements? Of was there some deal struck? If it is a fact that he is a natural born citizen, okay! But, where's the proof? I've not seen it! Have the Justices?

Orly Tietz' request that the Supreme Court Justices recuse themselves from the swearing in because of conflict of interests went the way of oblivion. From MY VIEW, that he was sworn in in spite of the suits against him not being settled was a slap in the face to a person qualified and eligible to petition the court -- a slap in the face. They should be ridiculed for that action alone. It is a perfect example of conflict of interests. Shame!Good for her, though, she has requested the records of the meeting among the justices, BO and Biden. It would be just like them to declare that the meeting was private and has no purpose nor reason to be publicized.

Why do these people in such positions as they are act as though their salaries and positions come from some "foreign" entity. They are on our payroll, and simply withholding our income taxes for a year or so and giving them an IOU for those years, might shake them up a bit. The way I look at it is that, if all those who were chosen by BO to fill his cabinet owed taxes, it would be all right for us to owe them for a year or two.

We could have the income tax money we might owe put in a safe place (avoid banks) for those years we chose not to pay so that we could pay it right in when we got some results we want. There might be a small amount of interest (and a penalty) added onto what we owed, but we could refuse to pay that. Just think of how difficult it would be to "arrest" several million patriots who didn't pay their income tax for a couple of years! The paperwork alone would swamp those assigned to prosecute those who withheld their taxes. And, we could always influence them to refuse to "prosecute" those who didn't pay. You know, give amnesty!

Are you watching he long over-do action by the different and sovereign states? They are telling the Federal Government to "get out of Dodge"! The states (and AZ is one of them, thank God -- even offered as a model) are taking back their rights under Article 10 mainly. The one that says that if a law isn't relegated to the Federal government, and not denied to the States, it belongs to the States, or the people! Our forefathers were pretty wise. It was as if they knew there would be some jerks in the future who would want to take over everything! So, at last the States are standing firm. It will cut down a lot on Federal interference with the people. I don't know when it began -- the Federal government taking liberty with States' Rights. Taking them back will change a lot of the stupid things done in Washington. We must not forget, though, that we have to pound on the heads and buts of those who get elected to represent us.

People like Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Dodd, Rangel, Jerry Lewis, etc., etc. need to be eliminated from Congress. They are not patriots, they are as close to socialists that they can get without being socialist. And Hillary Clinton has to be fired from her job as Secretary of State! She is there illegally. Judicial Watch (a watch dog organization) has filed a suit against her being chosen. The Constitution was molested to allow her to get in. (Maybe they molested it more to get Obama in as President?) I'm wondering whether the U.S. Supreme Court is also not living up to their oaths to defend and protect the Constitution. Maybe they need to be investigated by an independent group of patriots (including a psychiatrist and psychologist) to see if they are all up to par mentally! and be impeached if necessary. I know that Justice Ginsberg has pancreatic cancer (I wish her well) and will have to be replaced soon. She's liberal, so not much damage can be done if another liberal is appointed.

There's a lot of stuff for thought in my letter to you, my friend. Give it some thought and let me know what your feelings are. In the meantime, pray for our Country, pray for all our armed forces defending her. Pray for each other. We have a huge task ahead to make sure we remain the United States of America, a Republic -- not a Socialistic nation with no chance for greatness again.

HIDDEN VARIABLES CREATE HAVOC

Dear Friend,

(Once in a while I come onto an earlier note I sent you that reflects the current situation. This somewhat proves that changes don't come as often as the politicians say they will -- when they get in office! This earlier note points this out. Enjoy a repeat of what's going on in our world.)

In the "dog fight" continuing at present in the field of politics, the usual happens. While the "pugilists" battle it out, discussing change, making promises and pointing out the other's bad points, etc., the most dangerous issues, those that really count are put in a spot that gives them an "out of sight, out of mind" characteristic. Unfortunately, in the long run, this is absolutely the worst thing that can happen.

Two continuing issues, no matter how it is tried to ignore them because present ones are taking precedence, are going to go away nor lessen, but will be worse when the loser dogs are put back in their kennels, and the winner one is put on a leash (checks and balances) so there will be some control over him or her. I call these issues (a la David Bohm) hidden variables -- they are always in the background, and influence what is going on at all times. What are the "variables?"

They are the dangerous variables referred to as illegal aliens and especially the Islamofascists who continue to plot against the Western world, who plan to take it over for their Allah, and who will redo the world such that it won't resemble the one in which we live in nearly every way. And they never quit, my friend.

Like a creeping fungus, Islam is making its way into countries which, before, had practically no knowledge of Islam nor of Muslims. Denmark, for instance, was nearly without Muslims, but now is being given a terrible time by their immigration into that lovely country, trying to take over what was a totally different culture to Islam. England is in trouble; Spain is in trouble, Etc. is in trouble.

And this is the cartoon drawn by a Dane that began the problem for Denmark. Riots occurred, killing several, and all because the Muslims felt that Mohammad had been offended -- never accepting that Mohammad had offended thousands upon thousands leading him to say, "I have been victorious through terror." It is very obvious that the Muslims won't accept that they are of an ideology/religion that always blames the other and never accepts blame for themselves. It is written in the book that controls their lives that they are to use all means to defeat the Infidel whom they have marked as far less in value than any Muslim.

I have done research seeking ideas from others who feel and know of the threat of Islam -- ideas regarding what will be the answer to the inevitable clash that will occur between the followers of Mohammad (and Allah) and all the other religions -- but especially the Christians and the Jews. There is a "war" of sorts that is going on between other great religions -- Buddhism, Shintoism, Hinduism, etc. -- and Islam; however, one doesn't hear, read or speak of these "wars". What others say regarding the threat and the defense against it could be subjects of later letters to you, my friend. Time and space is to be considered. I don't know what will happen when the resistance of the "other" religions comes into play. I can't imagine they will not have their ways of dealing with the "new" invasion of Islam and the attempt to institute Islam in place of their "ancient" religious beliefs -- their traditions and legacies. China, is one of the "offended" countries, remember? They tend to be a nip touchy about their position, and they have a huge population of non-Muslims! (Infidels?)

It wasn't too long ago when the Taliban destroyed an ancient Buddha statue, calling it an evil idol. There was little reaction from the Buddhists regarding this offense to them. I wonder why? Is it because they are passive and non-violent? Don't they feel the offense as others do? Is it that they don't want to riffle the dust, thus causing hostilities they don't want? I don't know. In the instance of the Hindu, there was a considerable clash between Islam and Hinduism -- the Hindu taking the brunt of the fight. This was during the expansion days of Islam (Mohammad was a successful warlord.) Most people don't know of the way in which Islam spread as it has around the world. Most don't know of the ways by which this ideology/religion was foisted on country after country. It amazes me that more people than should still consider that the Crusades were immoral and that they were waged against a "peace-loving" religion. The causes of the Crusades are so complex as to make it very difficult to separate the main causes from the unimportant. But I assure you it wasn't mainly the Christians who were the cause!

On the word of the present day group of Islamofascists, one gets the impression that there has never been a time when Christians (and Jews) were ever at peace with the Muslims. Although Jerusalem was captured by Muslims in 637 A.D. (part of the expansion of Islam by terror during Mohammad's day), their surprising policy of religious toleration allowed for continuous communication between the Christian churches in the Holy Land and their co-religionists in Europe. Actually, there was a rather good relationship between the two religions. However, in the early 11th century the situation changed when the Caliph, Hakim, began to interfere with the peace, and relations between the Latin and Byzantine churches were rent by the schism of 1054. From this point on, the situation grew worse. Besides that the Christians could not travel in peace on their pilgrimages to the Holy Land, other issues such as trade monopolies, restless armies and, yes, famine pushed people to seek lands on which they could grow their food -- all contributing to Roman Catholic Pope Urban II's decision to invade lands controlled by the Muslims (Holy Lands), bringing about the 1st of eight
crusades. Most who write of the Crusades, say that it was a matter of Christians taking back that which had been wrested from them by the Muslims. This was one of the reasons but there were more.

These were long and drawn out conflicts, causing the deaths of many thousands on both sides. This history of the Crusades is well known to the Muslims. They know full well that they weren't the victims of the Christians and Jews "who attacked them unmercifully." Yet, to hear them in their present teaching, the Infidels are the most at fault -- giving Islam full excuse for bringing about the death of as many of them as possible, and all in the name of Allah -- death or subjugation. Blaming others is part of their teachings -- Allah never makes Muslims wrong.

By this bit of "history" one can see that there has been much blood shed on the side of both religions. Review of the spread of Islam shows that the Muslims were most apt at causing the confrontations than the "Infidels" were. Even today, you won't find any of the Infidels blowing up buildings, barracks, ships, embassies or markets (done mostly by "martyrs" looking for favors from Allah -- Paradise and 72 virgins -- or white rice, depending on the translation.) The constant pressure that will be on the Western Civilization is a hidden variable in the present political scene, one that will have a great deal to do with which any new Administration will have to deal. At present, it appears to be hidden among the rhetoric of the politicians.

There are hints of how any crisis will be handled by those candidates left after the culling. Hillary says she knows she'll be able to take action in such a case (she never had any experience at all); B. Hussein says he will be up to it, and he has not had any such experience either. Actually, he may contribute to a problem by having taken our armed force out of Iraq (making Iraq again venerable to the al Qaida -- and possibly Iran in another war between the two countries.) McCain had experience and had an understanding of what forces must be brought to bear; however, things didn't turn out well for him. Then, too, who could predict which way the crazy voters of this country would go? I suspected what I suspected; however, I'm no reader of the future. In MY VIEW, we had the worst candidates (on both sides) from whom to choose than we have ever had.

Another hidden variable in the political scene? It is the still present illegal aliens. Will they ever go home? on their own? or by our government's enforcing our laws? I doubt the problem will be magically solved. Getting near 18 million persons to go home isn't going to be easy; yet, it must be done. The terrible cost to this country is not something we can sustain very much longer. As it is, our economy has dropped to such a low that it makes me ashamed -- why me ashamed? because it was largely brought about by corruption, mostly found in the housing industry. My shame is that I helped vote the jerks in. Wheeler-dealer deals by mortgage companies, made to persons who would never able to purchase a costly house, but promised they could, has caused a glut in the repossessed homes. They are going no where, and are costing money not going. Those who loaned the "easy" money skimmed off their "take", but have no way of getting their cash-flow in action again. Oh, and do thank Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barney Frank, Dodd, et al for their contributions to our monetary cesspool!

When the housing industry fell into doldrums, all those industries associated with housing came to a standstill, too -- furniture and utility manufacturers, energy companies -- people came to a standstill! They buy groceries, put their children in school, drive automobiles that use fuel, etc. In a word, there is so many other places we must put the money that supporting a bunch of "takers" is going to be near impossible. We are in a recession -- not totally serious, but bad enough. And, NO, it wasn't caused by President Bush. There were too many crooks in this country, and he couldn't control those who fraudulently used their power. The FBI is already working on the probability of fraud in one of the largest banks in the United States. The agency will find the culprits; however, will they be punished properly? Who knows?

Enough about hidden variables. David Bohm found them to be deadly in dealing with theories of the beginning of the universe -- and the explanation of from where it came. He knew all about hidden variables and what they did to the obvious. Enough.

I'll ask you to keep our armed forces in your prayers. You had better pray for America, too. Pray for a "dark horse" of such value to be our next President -- one with whom no one would find fault. I have a hope that the one who's in will be kicked out -- found not eligible! The Lord will probably skip this last prayer, though. Too much corruption! ONE LAST FACT, MY FRIEND: THE PRESIDENT, HIS CABINET, HIS ADVISORS, THE VICE-PRESIDENT, THE SUPREME COURT, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE SENATE -- ALL GOVERNMENT WORKERS ARE OUR EMPLOYEES! ASK WHY WE DON'T FIRE THEM IF THEY DON'T DO WHAT WE TELL THEM TO DO? OUR "X" ON THE BALLOT IS THE MOST POWERFUL MARK WE CAN MAKE! WE ARE BOSS. VOTE OUR WAY!
